loud air conditioning limited late-night menu
I encountered a couple of issues . The air conditioning was quite loud. It disrupted my sleep each night, and I tried adjusting the settings without much success, also, the room service menu had limited options after 10 PM. I found it hard to find a satisfying meal late at night, the selection seemed too basic for a hotel of this level.

spacious room friendly staff variety option relaxing stay
The room was spacious and clean. It has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Staff were always ready to help and were very friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of options that was delicious.

high-quality amenities excellent cleanliness slippery floor power outage
the premier king room featured very high-quality amenities. the cleanliness throughout the premises was excellent. i found the staff to be warm and professional during my entire stay.
the floor in the shower area was not slip-resistant and felt unsafe. there was no offer of assistance when i asked for napkins after my son became unwell. the electricity went off in our room one evening and no one came to check on us.

okay stay with a few shortcomings
cold air work desk
the location was really convenient. it was just a short walk to siam paragon.
the ac unit blew cold air straight at the bed. there wasnt anyway to move or block the draft, and it made sleeping difficult. i also found it strange there wasnt a proper work desk in such a spacious room.
